General Manager

Yi-Main (or “Main” for short) is our GM who looks after the entire operations at VEVS and is definitely your go-to person if there’s anything you need to discuss or bring to our attention. 

As a former Migration Agent, Main understands the ins and outs of the industry and together with the rest of the VEVS team, works tirelessly to ensure that the interests of our clients always come first.

Yunsheng Wu

Sheng, as he’s affectionately known, looks after our visa and education partners. As a former English teacher, Sheng’s in a great position to produce content and provide training that is up-to-date, relevant and accurate for our stakeholders.

As a Registered Migration Agent, Yunsheng also works hand-in-hand with our marketing and visa teams to ensure that our clients remain constantly updated with all things migration.

Jayla Chan

Registered Migration Agent | MARN: 2217919

As VEVS Global’s Registered Migration Agent, Jayla manages the visa team and oversees all visa applications. She’s a problem solver and has a strong passion for helping clients achieve their migration goals.

Having migrated from Hong Kong to Australia, Jayla understands well and truly the challenges of the visa process and the importance of investing in the right Agent.

Yvonne Yeung

Reception | Administration

With an extensive background in hospitality and customer service, Yvonne’s cheerful demeanour and her determination in helping others, makes her the perfect first point of contact for all clients and stakeholders.

In addition to looking after our clients, Yvonne also takes good care of our Perth team and our office. She’s the main person for all office administration matters along with providing administrative support to our teams.

Namrata Shrestha

Project Coordinator | Admissions

Namrata looks after our onshore and offshore admissions. She has a strong and diverse background in finance, marketing and international education. With an energetic and positive attitude, Namrata actively works with our industry partners to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.

Born and raised in Nepal, Namrata understands the challenges for international students in Australia, and she is here to provide all the support needed for our Nepalese and Bhutanese clients.

Karun Gharti-Chhetri

Country Manager

With over a decade of experience, Karun has helped over 2000 students to enroll in their preferred courses and institutes in Australia. As an international student himself in the year 1999, he has first hand experience of challenges and opportunities for the international students in Australia and happily shares that information with the students.

He is our in-house QEAC certified counsellor, providing our clients latest information regarding Australian Education and Student Visa requirements.

Nawodit Upadhyay

Project Coordinator

Nawodit is our project coordinator. He work closely with our referral partners, and is actively involved in all stages of the admissions application.

Nawodit was also an international student, and he has worked for various reputable businesses in the US. With first-hand experience studying and working abroad, Nawodit makes sure that all admission applications are as smooth as possible.

Australian Destination Manager

Manisha Khadka is our Australian Destination Manager. A seasoned education industry practitioner, Manisha looks after student counselling and the overall process from Nepal to Australia.

With an MBA degree from Lincoln University, She also helps contributes to the internal workflow and organizational development of VEVS Global’s Nepal office.

Visa Coordinator

Sarita is our visa coordinator. Coming from a hospitality background, Sarita has more than 4 years of experience in client-facing and administrative roles.

Her extrovert nature makes her the perfect person to work with our clients, and foster a positive relationship throughout the visa application process. She assists the visa team in preparing visa application forms and supporting documents, so that our clients can always get the best possible outcome.

Niraj Tajpuriya

Visa Coordinator

Niraj is our visa coordinator. He works closely with the visa team and clients and is actively involved in all stages of visa processing.

Niraj is dedicated to self-improvement. His excellent administrative skills help him excel with file management for our clients. He is process–driven and has strong attention to detail. With a strong IT background, he is also a great team player. Niraj ensures that all applications are processed as accurately as possible.

Madhav Gautam

Project Coordinator

Madhav is our project coordinator at the VEVS Nepal Office. A key member of our education team, Madhav provides valuable administrative support to ensure a smooth-sailing admissions process.

Madhav holds a bachelor’s degree in hotel management and has extensive experience from well-established international hotels. This enables him to work well with clients from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds.

Ian is our project coordinator at VEVS Philippines office. He provides specialized support in vocational courses and institutions.

With a Nursing background, Ian is also the perfect choice to help aspiring nursing students who want to study in Australia.

Office Manager/Project Coordinator

Meth is our office manager and project coordinator. She is responsible for coordinating and actively seeking new opportunities for partnerships with various organizations and institutions.

She works closely with both VEVS’ overseas offices and partners to ensure the best admissions experience for all our clients.

Kamilah Kaye Sigue 

Digital Leads Coordinator

Kamilah is our Digital Leads Coordinator She is tasked with sorting the digital leads for the business. She also provides initial assessment to ensure all applicants receive the most suitable advice.

Kamilah also actively works with VEVS’ global offices to acquire the most up-to-date information from our partner institutions.

Receptionist and Executive Assistant

Lhes is our receptionist and executive assistant for the Perth Office. She plays the critical role of connecting our clients with the right staff, and she provides support to both our staff and our clients daily.

Lhes has a strong administrative background, with experience in multiple industries prior to joining the VEVS family.
